Let me describe a pattern we see almost weekly.
A homeowner in Lewiston calls about a slow-draining shower. A plumber arrives, runs a snake through the drain, declares it cleared, charges a flat fee, and leaves. Two months later, the drain is slow again... After eighteen months of this cycle, the homeowner has paid four or five times for what they assumed was the same recurring clog.
The truth is, that wasn't a recurring clog. That was a structural problem the snake couldn't fix. Nobody ever diagnosed the underlying cause because nobody ran a camera.
This pattern is so common in the plumbing trade that it has become an unspoken business model for some companies. It is not a model we participate in.
When you call us about a drain problem in Lewiston , the first thing we do is figure out what's actually wrong. The repair quote comes after that, not before.
